Reset Account or Delete account
I created a profile for my work email 2-3 years ago. The collaborators required 2-factor authentication to log on (after the Box profile was created).
As the project lapsed, I never proceeded to setup 2-factor authentication.
Now, I have another project where I am required to log on to Box to share data.
I have been unable to get anywhere in logging on now. My log on for this email address now requires 2FA (which I never set up). I can change my password but I cannot logon to BOX at all.
I am unable to find any means of contacting anyone at Box directly.
I am now using ANOTHER email address to even get to this point to ask for help.
I have tried contacting Box Support twice but have never had any sort of response.
How do I remove myself from BOX????
