personal Box hijacked my access to enterprise account

    Welcome to the Box Community!
     
    I see that you are on a Personal Box account but if you are unable to access the link through the enterprise account I suggest that you either contact the enterprise Box instance to add you as a managed user or changed the settings for you to access the files.

    Thanks. I reached IT support from my enterprise and they came up with a workaround. We deleted the stored password for the personal account and opened each Box account in a separate browser (Google/Edge).
