External collaborators email
I no longer receive emails when the sharing with a external collaborator is about to expire. How can I turn this on again?

Collaboration expiration notifications is one of those email notifications that cannot be turned on/ turn off. Do you have email rules that might be routing Box emails to your other email folders? Have you checked your spam/ junk mail or other email folder to see if you can find these emails?
It also looks like you are part of an organization that requires their managed users to contact your internal helpdesk or IT team for issues related to Box.
I strongly recommend reaching out to your internal helpdesk or IT team for further assistance on looking into this.

Thank you for your answer.
However, I don't think this is related to our mailserver since I receive other mails from Box.
I receive emails when someone uploads something, adds new folders and invite new collaborators.
But the last month I have not received mails for collaboration expiration anymore.
