Asking refund for a wrong order
I'm trying to buy a business plan but continue to fail on the payment, and there's no specific hint to tell me why. So I had tried to upgrade my personal plan for business due in an urgent time. But it still meets my need. Then I figure out the solution and asked a colleague to make a new account to try to sign the business plan, and it succeeded.
So, I need to cancel the personal pro plan and ask for a full refund.
