Extremely slow download speeds
I've been experiencing extremely slow download speeds since starting to use box last week. It can take up to an hour just to download one file. I've tried both the desktop app and browser.
I'm expected to finish projects quickly and this just isn't working for me. My internet connection has very fast upload and download speeds. I don't have any problem downloading files from google drive or other sites.

I have the same problem. Files don't download at all anymore on my Mac. It starts downloading but it never finishes and we are talking file sizes of 92KB! I can access important files only through the web interface. I tried reinstalling everything and it didn't get better. Very close to move work files to one drive or dropbox. Also haven't found a support email address or anything.
