    I need help with this as well. The streaming is hampered and download taking way too long. Fast internet and computer fine. This just started today. I use box almost every day. please help!

    Im having the same issue - it has been awful.  My computer speed is gigabit and all of our other programs work just fine.  Its only BOX That has this issue

    I have the same problem. Files don't download at all anymore on my Mac. It starts downloading but it never finishes and we are talking file sizes of 92KB! I can access important files only through the web interface. I tried reinstalling everything and it didn't get better. Very close to move work files to one drive or dropbox. Also haven't found a support email address or anything.

    I learned today from my IT group that third party apps can slow the download speed. One called 'Druva' exhibits this property. I've asked them to disable it, and will report back if the Box file access speed improves.

    I'm also experiencing this issue downloading from Box specifically. My download speeds are around 20 Mbps for other file sharing services, and less than 1 Mbps for Box.

    We have the same issue. We have 250/250 dedicated fiber and a 60GB file takes ~16 hours to download. That's not an acceptable download speed for anyone.
