Box and .DLL files
I support a law firm that uses Box. They routinely get CDs from surveillance cameras that contain proprietorially encoded videos that can only be played by that company's player (also included on the CD). The problem is that the firm is spread out across the country, so the users have been uploading these CDs to Box.
When the users attempt to use them in Box or download them, however, it automatically blocks all the .dll files. The users then have to right-click, go to properties, and check "unblock" for every .dll file, and there may be hundreds. Is there a way to prevent this from happening?

Hi Ellis,
Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!
Can you explain the user's workflow as to how they use or download this file? Are these users trying using Box Webapp (web browser) or on desktop app like Box Drive/ Box Sync?
Do they encounter certain error message, and can you share a screenshot so we can take a look?
Additional information would be helpful for the community to investigate this with you.
We look forward to hear from you!
Regards,
