    I checked your profile in this post and I see it's linked to a Personal Free account.

    Are you logging in to your school portal using the email linked to this profile? If so, logging in to your school's SSO page will not work since your Box account is not Managed by your institution's Box.

    You need to choose the option 'Not Part of <Company name>" and that will redirect you to Box website login page: https://account.box.com/login You should be able to login on this page using your Personal Box email and password and access items that was shared to you.

    If you need your Box account to be managed by your institution's Box, you will need to reach out to your Box Admin (or internal helpdesk) and have them add you in their network following this article: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044195233--Invite-Existing-Box-User-Message-When-Adding-User
