Error When Copying to Box Desktop Sync

Hi,

When I try to copy from my desktop or from a network drive to my Box Sync folders on my local machine I receive this error message.

 

"Can't read from the source file or disk."  

This is Windows 10 Pro on a dedicated VM in Azure with FSlogix.  We have other users with exact same config and not issue. 

We've tried by copying from network to desktop first and then copying to Box Folders but same issue.

Any ideas?

  Hi David,

  Welcome to the Box Community!

  Have you checked if there may be some Anti-Virus software, or a firewall process, that's perhaps blocking your ability to perform the copy functions you are attempting to do.
