HELP. Cannot find a way to contact support

Very close to switching providers as my team continues to experience issues with Box.com and when I try to contact support, it's nearly impossible.

1. My files are not downloading this morning 
2. When I try to "Open >> Powerpoint", nothing is opening

This is an urgent issue as we have client deliverables.  Can someone please urgently help me?

  Some downloads open some do not I get box errors all the time I have to open these files business depends on it I want a person to talk too and to assist me ASAP.

  I am on the free trial and I cannot find out how to get to support to see how to get folders online to sync to the app on my cell phone.  If I cannot get an answer I will totally not pay for this service.  This is my first day and I am seeing awful support in the community.  Not a good sign
