Deleted files
I deleted folders/files on my synced desktop and they have also gone from box, these folders/files are shared with lots of users and I need to recover them all, please contact me urgently.

May I ask what does the error message says? Also, have you tried to logout/ login from your Box and try this again?
Apologies however, we are unable to support file recovery for our Free Individual plan. You would have to be the one to recover those folders/ files that are still in Trash.
