Unfortunately we're not able to move our files from our local folders to box we get error messages due to not allowed, special characters such as ' or ". Please provide us a list with all accepted or not accepted special characters or letters, signs.

    Please check this article from our Box Product Support page about "Troubleshooting Uploads to Box".
     
    • Verify that the file's name is valid. Box only supports file or folder names that are 255 characters or less. File names containing non-printable ascii, "/" or "\", names with leading or trailing spaces, and the special names “.” and “..” are also unsupported. Box supports only Unicode Basic Multilingual Plane (BMP) characters in file and folder names.
