Suddenly not able to edit spreadsheet online
We used to be able to edit spread sheet online, however suddenly we can not do that.
Every time we need to add or edit something we must download each time then
upload the file again. It is too troublesome.
Is there any solution?

Does this happen to any files you access in Box or only on specific files? May I know what is your collaborator permission on the file?
If you are not able to open the spreadsheet using Office online, it's likely that you do not have the necessary permission to edit the content. If this is the case, you will need to reach out to the owner of the file and request that they grant you with at least an "Editor" permission in order to do so.

It happened any files in Box. We need to download spreadsheet as Excel then edit, then upload..
it used to be able to edit directly to spreadsheet in Box with all of our team member before.
Permission is under the 'co-owner' for all of us. Shall we change them to 'editor' instead?
