Inconsistent file uploads
My company recently converted from an office-based server to Box. I have Box installed on both my office desktop and my home desktop. However, some files that have been uploaded to Box show up on one of my computers but not the other. Most files show up on both computers. The files that don't show up on both have a small red dot in the file name. I would have assumed the upload failed, but, as I indicated, the file will open on one computer, but does not even appear on the other. Has anyone experienced the same issue?

It sounds like you are having issue syncing your files to Box. When you see red overlays on the items you uploaded or added into your Box desktop folder, it means these are problem items and there are different factors that can prevent your files from syncing to Box cloud.
