    If you are part of a Business or an Enterprise account with access to the 'Reports' tool in the Admin console, you may run an "User Activity Report" to investigate this incident about the missing folder. Otherwise, you may reach out to the Box Admin managing your account to help run this report for you.

    Hi France,

    Some general questions I have.

    Who has access to  'Reports' tool in the Admin console by default? I'm co-admin and no access to it.

    Who's going to be the owner of files which uploaded under the folder which owner is not uploader? 

    What is the expected behaviour if the file owner switch the account to the other account, the file owner deleted the account?
