Recover Files
If I buy a plan can the files I mistakenly deleted from my trash be recovered?

The investigation to determine if the content is recoverable would require a paid subscription.
You may upgrade your Personal plan then submit a case to Product Support, and the team can look if your files are recoverable.

I made an upgrade in my Plan that I usually pay and I LOSTALL MY FILES.
I can't recover it anytihing.
I don't believe that this simple action it causes this problem. And I don't heve another cloud backup, except all my files deposited in Box.
Please help me to solve this problem!!!
I'm getting desperate here in my home office!

My new plan includes:
- Includes all Starter plan features (obviouslly inclunding all my files THAT ITS DELTED/LOST) , plus:
- Data loss protection ( I LOST ALL MY FILES - HOW THE BOX TEAM CAN AFIRM THIS? )
Please, I'm begging to reocver my files.
I deposited in the box all my academic and professional life information as reliable resource and I lost everything after an simple update?
