Box has encountered an error
I keep getting "Getting message that "box drive has encountered an unexpected error"
I have tried the manual resetting steps and I have uninstalled/reinstalled several times.
Please advise.

I'm really sorry to hear that the issue persists with Box Drive!
Can you try doing a clean uninstall of Box Drive by following the instructions as outlined in this community article below.
When you are done, please restart your computer and then proceed reinstall Box Drive following this article:
In the meantime, if you need to access or copy your files stored in Box, you may login to Box.com via web browser (Box webapp).
