    Can you try manually resetting your Box Drive app following the steps provided in this article: Manually reset Box Drive

    If the issue persists, can you clean uninstall of Box Drive by following the instructions as outlined in this community article below. 

    When you are done, please restart your computer and then proceed reinstall Box Drive following this article:

    In the meantime, if you need to access or copy your files stored in Box, you may login to Box.com via web browser (Box webapp).
