Not receiving confirmation email and password for new account
A new user was created for me and I was invited to join a box folder but I never received the email with the password to activate the account. The email is not in the junk folder. I have added @box.com and all recommended addresses (Troubleshooting Issues with Email Notifications – Box Support) as trusted senders but I didn't received the emails yet. My antivirus doesn't seem to be blocking any email either.
