I've deleted files but storage still says full

I've deleted files, but my storage still incorrectly registers 12 of 10GB used. I'm unable to upload any files now because my account thinks I've reached my storage limit.

I read other posts about this and it seems that support has to fix this somehow. So, if anyone at support can help me reset my storage limit, that would be great! Thanks! :)
