Need my email address to be removed from the permanent bounce list
My email address was down for a little while and now I no longer get notifications and updates. I understood from another post that my id must have been placed on a permanent bounce list. I need it to be removed from that list. Can someone from Box contact me? I don't see anywhere on the site where I can submit an actual support ticket. I am only getting the option of making a post, which is a bit ridiculous.

I've manually removed your email from this list, so the user should now be receiving emails from Box.
To prevent this from happening in the future, please make sure that your email client, virus scan, ISP, or firewall are not blocking emails from
- notify-e.box.com
- notify-w.box.com
- notify.box.com
- track.notify-e.box.com
- track.notify-w.box.com
- track.box.com
It's possible that emails may bounce back to Box again. You may need to contact your ISP or internet service provider or Corporate IT department to assist you; please review this help article: Troubleshooting Issues with Email Notifications
