Missing documents

I can't find any of the documents that were previously saved to Box. Where could they be or how can I recover them?

  Things you should check first in locating your missing file: 

  • Please identify the missing file and its file path. Follow the file path and see if you can find the file in its location through app.box.com/login. 
  • When does the file disappeared? Note: Deleted files would go straight to your trash and you might want to check it if it's there. And reminder, your deleted files will remain in your trash for 30 days. 
  • It's still best if you would check your trash to find your missing file and restore it. For details, please check out this link.
