Search Filters Don't Work

Hi!

There was a glitch similar to someone else in the forum where all files duplicated themselves with (someone@gmail.com) at the end.

The question is more about the lack of consistency in the Box filters. I should be able to search within a folder for any file name with (someone@gmail.com), but even if I add a filter I still end up with files without the (someone@gmail.com) in the list as well as files that are from other folders outside my limiting folder.

The filters don't seem to work. That's what I need help with. How do I make them work consistently?

  Does this happen when you search for items in Box webapp (Box.com) or are you using other Box application when doing your search? Also are these files you are searching newly added?
