Unlocking files

As the owner of a Box file, how do I unlock the file if a collaborator has left the file open?

  I read the article.

  I right clicked to "unlock" the file but it didn't unlock it.  I am the originator and the editor and whatever else (sole contributor), and one of the files I created (In Box for Office online)  don't unlock; another I merely opened and closed (Box for Office online again).

  By the way: From within document tab, in Box for Office on line, I click the menu "File / Close" but the tab with the document remains open.

  Don't unlock when I right click to unlock

   

  What do you advise?
