    I've checked the error you shared, and it sounds like your email with Box links is being blocked by Recipient Mail Server. I found this third-party forum discussing this same scenario that happens to you and thought it might help.

    It sounds like you need to reach out to the recipient of your emails and ask that emails from the Box domains be added to their email allowlist (safe sender) to ensure that Box messages are not blocked.
