    Would you mind sharing a screenshot of the error message that you encounter so we can take a closer look?

    Also, do you own the file or the folder where the file is located or is it owned by another user? Is its owned by another user, what is you collaborator permission in the content?

    Additional information would help us determine the root cause of the issue this issue and provide troubleshooting tips.

    Thanks for the reply.
    Attached is a capture of the error screen. All error wording is not shown. It states in Japanese "The following file could not be saved...".
    Also, I am the owner of this file.

    This is additional infomation.
    This error occurs only Google Document files.
