Confirm email address when creating an account

Hello,

When I was invited to collaborate and created an account, I received an email asking me to confirm my email address. I don't remember if I checked my email address, but I can still use the box normally.
・ Does this mean that my email address has been confirmed?
・ Is it okay to continue using the box?
・ Do I need to check my email address again?

I'm using Google Translate, so I'm sorry if there is something strange.
