Cannot Open Google Sheets on Mac or iPad
I cannot open a Google Sheets document to edit it. On Mac it asks me to sign into my gmail account (which is separate from the hotmail account I use to log into Box.com), and whenever I do the browser glitches and asks me to log in again. It doesn't matter if I try on Mac or iPad, in Safari or Google Chrome, and I double checked some of my cookie/privacy settings on Mac to make sure they are the same as a coworker who is able to access Google Sheets
The closest I can do upload, access and edit Microsoft Word documents. I can also view the google sheets and download them to my google sheets app on my iPad, but I cannot edit the online version of the google sheets
Please help me so I can better communicate with my coworkers

I have the same issue. My Google Sheets documents will not open and prompt me to sign in to Google Account. I do this and then it sends me back to do the same thing again. I have followed all the tips listed here and everything in the troubleshooting link above and nothing has worked. Please advise on what to do next.
