unable to access previous account folders
I'm a distributor who works with GE and I had access to a large number of files previously and now I don't have access to those files. When I access our account Box lets me in but there are no files. I have worked with our supplier and our IT department and they cannot see where there is an issue accessing the account.

If a collaborative folder that you do not own is missing from your Box account, it is most likely that the owner of the collaborative folder has removed your access to it. I would suggest that you contact the folder owner of the collaborative folder or the organization that owns the contents to have them re-invite you to that folder again to regain access.
