file preview doesn't work on boxcn
I have set up a folder in boxcn and shared it with collaborators in China. When I create a link to an Excel or Word file and send it to them, and they click on the link, instead of seeing a file preview, they see a message:
"Service Unavailable: We are currently experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again later."
Trying again later does not help. We have been using Box for collaboration with China for many years and did not see this issue on boxcn until recently.

This would be something our Product Support team can help investigate with and may require specific account information.
It seems someone from your organization already have an open ticket for this issue with Support, and it seems this error is expected behavior. What you are seeing is actually due to this being a Microsoft Office file. While Box does use boxcn for links in China, Office files are previewed using a Microsoft integration that is not currently available in China.
Unfortunately, we do not know when this will be available as it is a third party integration. If you would like to share your team's feedback about the error, please feel free to post it on the Box Pulse website.

I understand that there is some kind of issue with an MS integration that is not available in China. However, why put up the confusing message ""Service Unavailable: We are currently experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again later?" This is just confusing collaborators with whom we are sharing files. The message should say sonething like "preview not suported. woudl you like to download the file?" or something else that help the share-ee get to the file in question.
