Hi,

I added a new user. And box send her an new password to sign up and synchronize. It does not arrive. We checked: her mailbox is arriving emails, the adress is typed right, there is nothing in spam oder junk...

We tried to reset the password, but the same happend: nothing, no arriving email.

    Welcome to the Box Community. I'm sorry to hear that one of your managed users is having issues with receiving emails from Box. I'm happy to help.

    This issue would be better addressed by our Product Support. I've created a ticket for you. They'll be in touch with you soon.
