Can't delete the account due to "error"
Hi, when trying to delete the account, I keep getting "There was an error deleting your account. Please try again."
I tried clearing the cache as other support cases suggested, but did not work. Can you help delete my account?

Have you tried to logout and then log back in to Box.com with your Box credentials? Did you try doing this using other browser or use incognito mode?
