Can't download PPT files
I'd been able to download PPT files from our company's box. But today I can't. I checked with the company admin and she said she didn't change anything or received any notice from you.

We've received a couple of reports from some users having issues with their downloads yesterday and we've investigated it was due to high download latencies but this has been mitigated (you can find the reported issue on this thread https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/7569563252371-downloads-failing).
Could you try downloading these files again, and see if the issue persists? If the issue persists, is this happening to any browsers you use? Have you tried to connect to other networks and see if that helps?
