downloads failing
I'm running into an issue with larger downloads (80 mb). When I select the file and click on download, the system hangs with the status 'waiting for 2.realtime.services.box.net'. If I wait long enough, sometimes the download will start but inevitably fails due to 'network error'. I've tried updating Chrome and tried using Edge but had the same error both times. I haven't had this issue before, is there a problem with the app?

We appreciate you bring this matter to our attention, we've reached out to our internal team regarding the reported issue with your downloads and it seems there were high Download latencies on the US-West Clusters.
The good news is this has been mitigated and we are seeing recovery. Can you please re-attempt your downloads and see if the issue still persist on your end?

to clarify this issue as well, i'm having this issue with both Opera on box.com - it will not allow me to download the file i want, it just spins a unhelpful circle- as well as a message in Finder when trying to click the cloud symbol. so I literally cannot get my files from either route. Box, we need help on this.
