Oops! We can't seem to find the page you're looking for. Old Company & email to new company...
I receive this error message when I attempt to access folders that I originally created under another company & email. Prior to loosing that SSO access to Box, I set myself up as a collaborator & received links/invites to multiple folders. However, no matter what I do, I cannot access the folders or info.
I already searched through other posts & tried what was mentioned in the Q&A section to no avail. Please help.

This error message you encounter typically is caused by one of 3 things:
- When a user's Box email address is different from the email address the invitation was sent to (you may check this article for details: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043693194-Unable-to-Access-Content-User-Signed-into-Wrong-Account
- If you have been removed as a collaborator in the folder
- OR the account that owns the folder OR folder itself has been deleted
You may need to reach out the owner of the folder or the organization that owns this folder to confirm the status of the content and request if they can grant you access and re-invite you to these folders.
