Box Drive uploads not working

    Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!

    This sounds like a network connectivity issue. Can you check your network connection to Box? If connected to the internet with a wireless card, check to see if the connection to the internet drops intermittently.

    Try connecting to a different network to see if this improves your experience when uploading via Box Drive.

    This is not an internet connection issue - this has become a widespread problem at our agency. Box Drive is simply unreliable on the latest version of macOS Monterey 12.5.

    Agreed. nothing to do with connectivity. Box drive still selectively providing ability to link to documents. This is very frustrating. We will have to look for an alternative solution.

    I CANT UPLOAD DOCUMENTS FROM BOX AND I HAVE THE LATEST UPDATES WHAT DO I DO?  PLEASE CONTACT ME ASAP
