Box Issues with MacBook Pro
I had my box drive software uploaded to my MacBook Pro. It has worked for years. Today it would not allow me to open up a PDF file that I had on it. It kept saying it was downloading the file but it wouldn't let me. I uninstalled and tried to re-install. Then I had an error saying that I am trying to install a new box onto an old one. Or something like that. Then it said for me to create a troubleshoot ticket which I did not know how to do. Please let me know if this is where I need to go to. So far it's been a very frustrating process.

Can you please do a clean uninstall of Box Drive from your MacBook following this article: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044196293-Uninstalling-Box-Drive
After you've completely removed traces of Box Drive from your computer, restart your Mac, and download the installer of Box Drive here and complete installation process.
