    Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!

    If you need to recover deleted files from your Box, please login to your account in Box.com using a browser from a computer device. 

    You'll find the Trash icon on the left side of your screen and you can search and filter to locate the items that you accidentally deleted.
