how do I delete an external user account?

I understand that you need assistance on removing external users from your account, I'm happy to help!
Here are the instructions on how to remove external users from your account:- Log in to your account and navigate to the Admin Console.
- Click Users & Groups.
- Click the External Users tab, then locate the user you would like to remove
- To remove the user, do not click the user's name, instead hover your cursor to the username and click three dots at the end for "More Options".
- From the drop-down menu, you'll see the following option:
- Remove User from All Folders: Use this option to remove the user as a collaborator from any folder owned by you or any managed users in your account.
Note: If the external collaborator was removed, any uploaded content or created content in your folder or any managed user folder under your organization wont be deleted.
