Wrongly double free storage
I wrongly have twice the amount of free storage space I should have with my free plan. I have 20GB instead of 10GB of free storage space! Please correct my account storage limit. I also should have 0MB used space too.

I've ran the script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your account, so you should now be seeing the correct storage size available in your Box.
