Freeing up space

Hi, I have deleted a lot of files hoping that will free up space. Can you please run the script on my account so that we can continue to load files? Thank you!

  I've ran the script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your account, so you should now be seeing the correct storage size available in your Box.

  I'm not seeing freed up space yet. Does it take time? See screenshot for reference.

  Hi Allison, 

  We checked on this and tried running the script for your account once again but it looks like the current storage usage reflecting now in your account is the actual usage. You may need to delete more items in your Box in order to upload additional files on your account.
