    I've ran the script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your account, so you should now be seeing the correct storage size available in your Box.

    Hi Allison, 

    We checked on this and tried running the script for your account once again but it looks like the current storage usage reflecting now in your account is the actual usage. You may need to delete more items in your Box in order to upload additional files on your account.
