    Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!

    If you need to restore deleted folders/ files from your Box Sync, you may login to your Box account in Box.com via a Web browser and go to your Box Trash and recover the deleted content from there. Box allows you sort and filter items within the Trash folder.

    You can filter content by Items I deleted and Items I own.

    • The Items I deleted filter will display all items deleted by you, regardless of who created or owns the item.
    • The Items I own filter will display all deleted items that you own, regardless of who deleted the item.

    Tip: Filtering by "Items I Own" is helpful when trying to track down content that may have been deleted by a collaborator in a folder you own.

    HELP -

    Yesterday I was cleaning up my files and read that If I used unsync then files would remain in BOX online while I made adjustments to my hard drive. I did that and this morning I opening my desktop and browser to get some files and everything is gone, as well as my deskstop.
