How to reset phone number for 2-factor authentication?
One of my collaborators to a Box folder has an unrecognized phone number assigned for the 2-factor authentication. Can I (as the owner of the folder) to reset the phone number or remove the 2-factor authentication requirement? Thanks.

This might require some account specific information to resolve. If the user is unable to login due to 2FA, please have them go to Support.box.com > click the header for Support > Contact Support > they will then see a line that says "If you are unable to sign in, click here.". They will need to fill out the form with their information, submit it, and we'll be reaching out to further assist with the issue.
