Something went wrong and Box Drive needs to exit.
Just prior to receiving this error message I had given ownership of a folder to someone else and ended my collaboration with that folder. Once that was complete I received the error message above and receive it every time I try to open Box Drive. I can still access Box through a browser, but not through file explorer.
I have tried restarting the computer, and have tried to reopen Box Drive at least 8 times. Same error message every time.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Have you tried to manually reset your Box Drive yet? If not, can you follow the steps in this article on Manually Resetting your Box Drive and see if it helps.
If the issue persists, I would recommend reaching out to your Internal helpdesk to further help look into this. It looks like you are part of an organization that requires their managed users to contact your internal helpdesk or IT team for issues related to Box.
