    Files/folders may not be accessible during an upgrade process as your account is in transition and this may take up to 24 hours to complete.

    No worries though, once the upgrade is completed your files will show up and should be accessible in your Box again.

    All my files are missing as well!!

    Hi, France.

    All files missed before upgrade.

    It already passed 24 hours from upgrade.

    Account settings says my account use storage 9.6GB but all files are missing.

    All my files are missing. I haven't used box in a while. Need help ASAP! I'm logged into my box account but don't see a way to submit a support ticket.

    Bryan, are your files still missing? What came of this for you? I just upgraded to a paid business account and experienced the same. Would appreciate any insight.
