Files missing
Hi,
All files are missing.
Where can I find it?
It happened before upgrade my account to business plan.

Files/folders may not be accessible during an upgrade process as your account is in transition and this may take up to 24 hours to complete.
No worries though, once the upgrade is completed your files will show up and should be accessible in your Box again.
