Couldnt Open the workbook (opening .XLSM Excel workbook in box)
Hi All,
Exhausted what I could on my end but I have some users here unable to open an excel file via box, it was working fine until this week
They can download and open but not via Box itself (see image attached)
I did an Office repair (online)
Made sure to check any windows updates.
Unticked all the Protected view options in trusted settings in Excel
Made sure the file hasn’t been blocked or corrupted in its properties as it is macro enabled.
Any help appreciated
