    The option to contact support via different channels such as email, chat, and phone depends on the type of account you are on. Upon checking, I see that you are on a Personal Free plan thus these options do not appear to you, the community would be happy to assist with your concern.

    Could you please review the tips in this article to troubleshoot the issue you encounter with your uploads? Specifically, can you check your firewall/proxy settings to make sure Box domains are allowed.
