Apple Mac can't download files from desktop app
I work on an iMac at my office at my home office and we share files through Box. I can still download via the website but this is causing issues with my daily workflow. Any idea what the issue is? My iPad and phone work ok

Can you try to quit Box Drive from you menu bar and then start the app again?
If that doesn't help, can you let us know what Box Drive version are you running and what macOS?

Patrick Hopp, Thank you. This resolved it for me. It's curious that this worked while restarting my computer didn't. I think the reason for this difference is because my computer was re-opening files from my Box drive automatically upon rebooting. So, perhaps the app never fully restarted.
