Connectivity Issues dozens of times per hour
Hello,
I’ve been having difficulties for about 8 weeks now losing connection while working in box.com. Most days it is 6 - 7 times. Worse days it has been 6 - 7 times in an hour. Over the last hour it has been more like 6 - 7 times in a 10 minute period.
My husband also works on a computer at home and has not been having the same issue, so I don’t think it is wifi-connected. I also, am not having the same issue with other applications.
I’ve just completed your diagnostic test, and my results are below. I was losing connection frequently just before the test and continue to lose it every few seconds after the test.

Have you tried turning off your firewall or AV scanner to test if you can connect with no issue?
Could you please review this article and check your firewall/proxy settings to make sure Box domains are allowed and not blocked?
